Pregnancy Testing

One of the most popular services is our free and confidential pregnancy testing. Our tests are laboratory-rated, which means they are more sensitive than over-the-counter home pregnancy tests. With an accuracy rate of over 99%, our tests can detect the hCG pregnancy hormone as early as 7 days after conception or 21 to 24 days after the first day of your last period.

A positive pregnancy test is the first step in a client’s journey with us. If her pregnancy test returns positive, we will then offer a free ultrasound, options education, and access to our Earn While You Learn program.

Limited Ultrasounds

Many women are convinced to choose life at their ultrasound when they can see their baby and hear the heartbeat. This is one of the most critical services we offer because it often means the difference in the life of the child.

Ultrasounds are necessary to determine the age of the pregnancy and rule out early miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy. The results of a client’s ultrasound will help determine how we counsel her.
