Kernan center director
full time
Description: The Center Director leads the day-to-day operations of the Center, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and mission-driven environment for clients, staff, and volunteers. This role provides hands-on leadership, oversees the delivery of client services with excellence and compassion, and ensures alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. The Center Director is also responsible for managing staff and volunteers, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of care that reflects the values of First Coast Women’s Services.
Bilingual telehealth scheduler
Minimum 20 hrs per week
Willing to work 4-5 days per week. Shifts are 8:30am-1:30pm or 12:30pm-5:30pm.
Description: Bi-lingual required. Telehealth Schedulers will have the primary responsibility of responding to incoming calls, texts, and emails from prospective clients seeking abortion information. Schedulers will report to the Call Center Director and will receive a yearly written and oral evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:

Frontline Client Support: Responds to calls, texts, and emails from prospective clients seeking abortion information with compassion and truth, offering initial counseling and referrals as needed.

Appointment Coordination: Schedules virtual or in-person appointments and ensures accurate documentation and follow-up of all interactions.

Spiritual & Ministry Alignment: Participates in daily prayer, attends volunteer training, and upholds the mission and values of FCWS as a Christ-centered, pro-life ministry.

Administrative Tasks: Maintains call records, submits shift reports, performs data entry, and supports general Telehealth Center operations.

Description: Telehealth Nurses are Registered Nurses responsible for providing virtual assistance to women contacting the Telehealth Center for abortion information. The Nurse performs virtual health assessments, schedules ultrasound appointments, and offers support, care, and education under the medical direction of the Nurse Manager and daily oversight of the Call Center Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Frontline Client Support: Provide support, care, and education to callers as appropriate. Conduct full virtual counseling sessions for callers not eligible for same-day or next-day ultrasounds. Perform virtual health assessments as initial intake and schedule ultrasounds per Medical Director guidelines.

Appointment Coordination: Notify FCWS Center Sonographers when ultrasounds are scheduled at their location. Submit end-of-day call records to the Telehealth Center Director and Nurse Manager.

Spiritual & Ministry Alignment: Participates in daily prayer, attends volunteer training, and upholds the mission and values of FCWS as a Christ-centered, pro-life ministry.
