St. Augustine Client Services Director

Part Time

Description:  First Coast Women’s Services is a faith-based organization with multiple pregnancy resource centers in the northeast area of Florida. The new St. Augustine Center at 232 Southpark Circle E., St. Augustine, FL 32068 has a job opening for the Client Services Director. The Client Services Director has the responsibility to help volunteers meet the needs of our clients. This includes daily supervision of volunteers, and the inventory and maintenance of all materials and resources necessary for client needs and center operation. The job will be for 22-24 pre-set hours per week, including at least one evening, to match the center hours of operation.

Qualifications:  Candidate must have a personal, dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and a sense of vision and calling to the ministry demonstrated through active experience. An associate degree or related equivalent experience is required. Two years experience in a helping profession requiring supervisory and office experience is preferred. Experience with basic data entry and use of the internet is required. Excellent demonstrated interpersonal communication, organization and problem-solving skills are required.

Kernan Client Services Assistant

Part Time

Description:  First Coast Women’s Services is a faith-based organization with multiple pregnancy resource centers in the northeast area of Florida. The Kernan Center has a job opening for Client Services Assistant. The Client Services Assistant has the responsibility to help the Center Director and the Client Services Director meet the needs of our clients. This includes maintenance of files, and supervision of volunteers when the Center Director or Client Services Director is unavailable, acting as client advocate or receptionist. This job will be for 24 or more pre-set hours per week, including at least one evening, to match the center hours of operation.

Call Center Scheduler

Call Center Nurse

Part Time

Description: First Coast Women’s Services is a faith-based organization with multiple pregnancy resource centers in the northeast area of Florida.  The Call Center receives and manages all calls directed through our marketing toward potential clients.

A Call Center Nurse is a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner with active registry who provides virtual assistance to women calling the Call Center for abortion information. The RN will perform virtual health assessments and schedule ultrasound appointments at FCWS Centers. She will further provide support, care, and education to all callers under the direction of the Nurse Manager. The job will be for 18-19 pre-set hours per week with the potential for additional hours.

Sonographer

Part Time

Provides client ultrasounds as well as support and care to the clients at specific locations under the authority of the Nurse Manager. Reports to the Nurse Manager for medical services and the Center Director for operations. An annual evaluation will be performed by the CEO with input from the Nurse Manager. Must be certified in the performance of OB ultrasounds as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), or a Certified Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (CDMS) who will earn her RDMS in OB within one calendar year from hiring.

Campus Education Coordinator

Part Time

Description: First Coast Women’s Services is a faith-based organization with multiple pregnancy resource centers in the northeast area of Florida. The Campus Education Coordinator (CEC) in conjunction with the Volunteer/Training Director (VTD), will partner with local schools, colleges, and churches to increase prevention efforts among the school-aged population. Primarily this role will provide evidence-based education to increase relationship skills and refusal skills to increase sexual health among students. Secondarily this role will work within college campuses to strengthen, and support college students who are like-minded with FCWS core values. This position will provide similar education activities with college-aged students in small group settings with the goal of educating and leading them well, so that they can be positive examples of sexual health to younger peers.
