Description: First Coast Women’s Services is a faith-based organization with multiple pregnancy resource centers in northeast Florida. We are in need of a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO and assist with finance and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative functions, including experience in supporting executives, managing financial records, and coordinating HR activities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a personal, dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and a sense of vision and calling to the ministry demonstrated through active experience.
- Exhibit a strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life movement position.
- An associate degree or related equivalent experience is required as well as a minimum of 2 year’s experience in administrative support is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other office accounting or donor management software and tools is required.
- Strong organizational, time management, conflict management and problem-solving skills are required.
