FINANCE ASSISTANT, PART TIME (kernan office)

Part time, 18 hours per week

Description: The Finance Assistant will support the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial management for the organization including payroll, database management, reporting and auditing of internal processes.  This position  is located out of our kernan office and is an in office position.

CENTER DIRECTOR (Baker county only)

FULL TIME 

Description: This position is open to Baker County residents only. The Center Director has the responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the center. This includes the training and oversight of all volunteers, implementation of necessary programs to meet client needs and representation of the center to the community served by it.

Telehealth Scheduler

Minimum 20  hrs per week

Willing to work 4-5 days per week. Shifts are 8:30am-1:30pm or 12:30pm-5:30pm.

Description: Bi-lingual required. Telehealth Schedulers will have the primary responsibility of responding to incoming calls, texts, and emails from prospective clients seeking abortion information. Schedulers will report to the Call Center Director and will receive a yearly written and oral evaluation.

Donor Engagement Specialist – new position!

Description: The Donor Engagement Specialist is a key member of the development team, responsible for building and sustaining relationships with donors who have the potential to make significant contributions to support the mission and programs of First Coast Women’s Services. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of mid-level donors, with a goal of increasing philanthropic engagement and revenue for the organization.

Campus Education Coordinator – New position!

32 – 40 hrs per week

Description: The Campus Education Coordinator (CEC), in conjunction with the Volunteer & Training Director, will partner with local schools, colleges, and churches to increase prevention efforts among the school-aged population. Primarily, this role will provide evidence-based education to increase relationship skills and refusal skills to increase sexual health among students. Secondarily, this role will work within college campuses to strengthen and support college students who are like-minded with FCWS’s core values. This position will provide similar education activities with college-aged students in small group settings with the goal of educating and leading them well so that they can be positive examples of sexual health to younger peers.

Medical Team Member

Part Time

Description: First Coast Women’s Services is a faith-based organization with multiple pregnancy resource centers in Northeast Florida.  Medical Team Members work in conjunction with center staff to assure that patients are receiving the best medical, nursing, and psychosocial care possible and perform physical examinations such as limited obstetric ultrasound, pregnancy tests, etc., which are within their scope of practice.

A Medical Team Member may be placed as an RN in the Call Center (based out of Clay County) or may be trained to be a Sonographer (but must already have an RN license).

Must be willing to work 20 – 40 hours per week.
