Finance Director

Description: First Coast Women’s Services is seeking an accomplished Finance Director. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the organization’s financial health. Principal responsibilities include: financial planning and budgeting, accounting and financial reporting, grant management and compliance, internal controls and risk management, financial analysis, compliance and auditing and stakeholder communication. This will include presenting a monthly budget vs. actual analysis report and working with an external CPA firm to ensure the completion of all accounting and audit requirements.

Communications Coordinator

Description: There is a job opening for a Communications Coordinator, working under the Development Director, who will help develop and implement marketing strategies within the digital space for FCWS Annual Campaigns. This will be a full-time position.

The responsibilities of this position will include: Creating fundraising materials and e-mail content specific to appeal campaigns to motivate and inspire donors on behalf of FCWS; Building and executing a donor marketing plan (including social media, email marketing, print marketing, etc.); Pulling and compiling analytics, helping with database input, and other maintenance for online fundraising platform; Managing social postings on all social media platforms; and designing marketing and presentation materials for various events.

Medical Team Member

Part Time

Description: First Coast Women’s Services is a faith-based organization with multiple pregnancy resource centers in Northeast Florida.  Medical Team Members work in conjunction with center staff to assure that patients are receiving the best medical, nursing, and psychosocial care possible and perform physical examinations such as limited obstetric ultrasound, pregnancy tests, etc., which are within their scope of practice.

A Medical Team Member may be placed as an RN in the Call Center (based out of Clay County) or may be trained to be a Sonographer (but must already have an RN license).

Must be willing to work 20 – 40 hours per week.
