Description: First Coast Women’s Services is a faith-based organization with multiple pregnancy resource centers in Northeast Florida. The Administrative Assistant will work in direct assistance to the CEO and our executive board. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative functions, including experience in supporting executives, managing financial records, and coordinating HR activities. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information.
CENTER DIRECTOR (Baker county only)

Description: This position is open to Baker County residents only. First Coast Women’s Services is a faith-based organization with multiple pregnancy resource centers in Northeast Florida. The Center Director has the responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the center. This includes the training and oversight of all volunteers, implementation of necessary programs to meet client needs and representation of the center to the community served by it.

Telehealth Scheduler
Minimum 20 hrs per week
Willing to work 4-5 days per week. Shifts are 8:30am-1:30pm or 12:30pm-5:30pm.
Description: Bi-lingual required. Telehealth Schedulers will have the primary responsibility of responding to incoming calls, texts, and emails from prospective clients seeking abortion information. Schedulers will report to the Call Center Director and will receive a yearly written and oral evaluation.
