Bre came to First Coast Women’s Services for an ultrasound, abortion-minded and afraid. But look how God has turned it all around and is presently working in both her life and her daughter’s life!

The Deadly Game
1 pill given in secret. A baby in the womb at six weeks or less. A current administration that has removed the requirement for an ultrasound before an abortion. These are the ingredients of the rapidly changing Deadly Game of the abortion industry and our current empowerment culture.
For the entire state of Florida, 75% of all abortions were completed at six weeks or less – too soon to see much on an ultrasound. Additionally, 56% of FL abortions were done by the abortion pill RU-486, which is administered at 10 weeks or less. On top of this, Planned Parenthood has produced a video encouraging women that they can now buy and use the abortion pill without ever stepping foot inside a clinic.
The Deadly Game is changing rapidly and making abortion a household commodity, but our God is not surprised. And we are responding by building an infrastructure that will meet the rising needs of women seeking out these services.
We are putting into practice some of the initiatives mentioned in the last newsletter such as a professional Call Center and RNs standing-by to connect to clients via telehealth appointments early in their pregnancy. Our research shows that if a “compassionate medical connection” is made early, 83-85% of women will choose life for their unborn baby. The Lord has also brought us a wonderful bank building to purchase and renovate near UNF and FSCJ Southside, placing us right at the epicenter of our target age-group, 18-24 year-olds.
We continue to feel that we are riding on the Lord’s coat tails as He leads us in this ministry. We also feel your strong presence behind us.
