We are pleased to announce that we will be opening an FCWS Center in St. Augustine! We are merging with an existing, smaller pregnancy resource center already operating in St. Augustine, Esteem Women’s Center, to provide all our life-affirming services to St. Augustine and St. John’s County. The Lord has gone ahead of us in this venture as He has in all the past expansions.
The Executive Director of Esteem, Karen Silva, will become the Center Director of the St. Augustine Center. Karen comes to us with a wealth of experience in pregnancy resource center leadership in St. Augustine, Las Vegas, and Boston. FCWS has an RDMS Sonographer, Nadia Bystrova, who lives in Palm Coast and will be happy to drive a shorter distance than she is currently driving to serve clients. She brings excellent skills in sonography and a heart for clients.
With the uncertain future of abortion laws in Florida, the Board of Directors feels that we need to make our life-affirming services available as conveniently as possible to Northeast Florida. We will be looking for more staff and volunteers in the next months.

We thank the Lord for all of you who currently serve as a part of our more than 300 volunteers and numerous donors. We know that some of you reside in St. John’s County and anticipate your numbers increasing as we open the new FCWS St. Augustine Center.
